Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents in the 2021 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Service (PST) unit from January 1 to August 13, 2021. In general, the purpose of implementing the 2021 SKD is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2021 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing a descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the services and quality of BPS data.
