Village Potential Statistics of Belitung Regency 2024

The Central Statistics Agency has conducted the 2024 Village Potential (Podes) data collection in May 2024 through a census of all districts/cities, sub-districts, and the lowest government administrative areas at the village level. The village-level administrative areas covered in Podes include villages, sub-districts, nagari in West Sumatra, Transmigration Settlement Units (UPT), and Transmigration Settlement Units (SPT) which are still being fostered by the relevant ministries. The results of the 2024 Podes data collection in Belitung Regency noted that 49 village-level government administrative areas consisted of 42 villages and 7 sub-districts. In addition, it is also known that there are 5 sub-districts. The 2024 Podes data collection collects various information, both in terms of the potential of the village/sub-district and information related to the vulnerabilities or challenges faced by the village/sub-district and basic infrastructure in the village/sub-district.
