April 2025 Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Tanjung Pandan was 0.23 percent

In April 2025, there was year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Tanjung Pandan of 0.23 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.75.
The y-on-y inflation occurred due to price increases indicated by an increase in the index in several expenditure groups, namely: food, beverages, and tobacco group by 0.92%; clothing and footwear group by 0.14%; recreation, sports, and culture group by 3.41%; education group by 1.46%; and personal care and other services group by 2.80%. Groups experiencing y-on-y deflation or a decrease in the index, namely: housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by 1.04%; household equipment, tools and routine maintenance group by 0.44%; health group by 1.37%; transportation group by 1.44%; and information, communication, and financial services group by 0.21%. The food and beverage/restaurant provision group did not experience any changes in the index.
The month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation rate was 0.95 percent and the year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation rate was 0.27 percent.
